Hello! My name is Jacqueline (Jacqui) Woods.
I have been practicing Holistic Healing for 35 years and
Clinical Psychology, with a specialty in PTSD and trauma, for 25 years.
From a young age, I experienced what I call Active Remembrance: An awareness of my expanded self, multidimensional reality, and a lifelong connection with guidance and The Divine. These Grace-filled experiences shaped my own healing journey and continue to inform the way I support others. They have been the foundation of my development as a healer and the integrative approach I offer clients today.
I earned my BA in Clinical Psychology from UCLA in 1991, but instead of immediately pursuing graduate school, I felt called to explore holistic healing. I was deeply drawn to the Body–Mind–Spirit connection and wanted to understand how life’s challenges affect us on every level — physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. I also sought to understand what made deep healing and transformation possible, sensing that Clinical Psychology addressed only part of the picture.
Over the next decade, I established a private practice in holistic bodywork and became certified in several alternative healing modalities, including Deep Tissue Massage, Cranio-Sacral Therapy, Somato-Emotional Release Therapy, and Pranic Healing. I also trained as a pre- and post-partum Doula and immersed myself in the Intuitive Healing Arts, yoga, advanced meditation, energy healing, and consciousness-expanding practices. These studies helped me understand how healing unfolds when we open the aperture of awareness and reconnect with our innate wholeness.
I returned to graduate school and received my Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University in 2000. My 25 years of work as a therapist and trauma specialist have continued to deepen and refine my understanding of healing, resilience, and the human spirit.
Today, I am the owner of two healing practices:
Mystic Healing and Psychology (North Carolina):
As a Reverend and Healing Coach, I guide clients through in-depth holistic healing journeys that integrate Holistic Healing practices, the Mystic Sciences, Psychological and Neuroscience informed techniques. My work supports individuals in transforming symptoms, dissolving blocks, and reconnecting with their authentic self.
I am also the owner of Pacific Trauma Treatment Center (Los Angeles, CA) where I practice Clinical Psychology with a specialty in trauma, PTSD and Mood Disorders and provide holistic and integrative therapeutic services to a private clientele.
